Features · How it works
From a record in your system to a credential anyone can trust.
Real Frame lets your organisation give people a digital credential — proof of who they are or what they're entitled to — that lands right in their phone's EU Digital Identity Wallet. They can prove it anywhere; you can check it in seconds. Here's how it works.

Step 01 · Issue
Hand someone a credential with a single scan.
Decide what the credential should say and how long it should last. Real Frame turns it into a QR code. The person scans it with their EU Digital Identity Wallet, and it's theirs — no app of yours to install, nothing to print or post.
- You decide what each credential is called and what it contains
- It's a real, tamper-proof digital document — not a screenshot
- Works with the standard EU wallet people already use

Step 02 · Hold
The credential belongs to the person, not your database.
Once it's accepted, the credential sits in the person's wallet next to their other documents. They carry it on their phone, use it wherever it's accepted, and it keeps working without ever checking back with you.
- Owned and carried by the person, on their phone
- Shows who issued it, what it's for, and when it expires
- Recognised by anyone set up to check this kind of credential

Step 03 · See
Everything inside is visible — and shared only when they choose.
Open a credential and the person sees exactly what it says, who gave it to them, and when it runs out. They can also share just one detail at a time — proving they're a student, say, without handing over everything else.
- Nothing is hidden from the person holding it
- Share one detail without giving away the whole document
- Each credential is signed, so it can't be faked or edited

Step 04 · Verify
Ask for proof. Get a clear yes.
When you need to check something, Real Frame shows a QR code that asks for just the details you need. The person approves the request from their wallet, and you instantly find out whether the credential is genuine, still valid, and really theirs.
- Ask only for the details you actually need
- The person approves before anything is shared
- You learn at once if it's genuine, current, and still valid

One platform, any credential
If you can describe it, you can issue it.
Real Frame credentials are yours to define. Say what the credential is, what it should contain, and how long it lasts — Real Frame takes care of the rest. Student cards, memberships, staff passes, proof of an account: anything you can put into a few fields.
Privacy & control
The person stays in control — by design, not by setting.
Every step is built so people share as little as possible, on their own terms — and so their personal details don't pile up on a server.
Share one thing, not everything
People reveal only the detail you ask for — and nothing else from the credential comes along with it.
Always asked first
Nothing leaves the wallet until the person taps to approve. They see who's asking and exactly what for.
We don't keep the personal data
Real Frame only remembers which credential was issued and whether it's still valid. The personal details stay in the wallet.
Expires, and can be switched off
Every credential has an end date, and you can switch it off the moment it shouldn't be trusted anymore.
Built end to end on open standards
